Espresso Hot Fudge

Today we bring to you a recipe for an amazing Espresso Hot Fudge sauce. Use this sauce to pour over your hot fudge sundaes, or top any desert to give it an extra boost! In this recipe we're using our Lions Gate Light roast Century Coffee Club Nespresso Pods and it takes under 10 minutes to prepare!

 

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. Brew your capsules of Century Coffee Club Lions Gate Light.
  2. In a heavy saucepan, add cream, honey, espresso, brown sugar, cocoa power and salt. Bring to a slow boil and stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved. 
  3. Let boil, stir periodically for 5 minutes. 
  4. Remove from heat, and add half the chocolate until it's melted. Add the rest of the chocolate and stir again until melted.
  5. Cut butter into smaller chunks and add it to sauce, stirring until its mixed in well. 
  6. Add vanilla and stir. 
  7. Serve immediately over your selected desert!
